Eligibility:
- Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Prior exposure to corporate law / compliance preferred (but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and proofread legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist in compliance checks and help implement internal policies
- Coordinate with internal departments on contract and documentation needs
- Maintain legal records, trackers and documentation systems
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc projects
Mode:
- Onsite (Gurugram) and Remote (Hybrid)
Stipend:
- ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
