Eligibility:

- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Assist in drafting and filing pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and memos
- Attend court proceedings and assist in case preparation and filings
- Support supervising advocates with day-to-day procedural and litigation tasks
Duration:
- 1 Month (December 2025)
Mode:
- On-site (Kalkaji, New Delhi) — court attendance as required
Stipend:
