Eligibility:

• Law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course
• Strong interest in litigation and legal drafting
• Good command over written English
• Basic computer proficiency
• Preference to students residing in West Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research on case laws and statutes
• Drafting applications, affidavits, briefs, and legal notes
• Assisting in case preparation and court filings
• Gaining exposure to court procedures and litigation practice

Duration:

• Minimum 1 Month
• Extendable based on performance and availability
• Immediate joining / As per mutual convenience

Stipend:

• As per performance and discretion of the office
