Eligibility:
- Law students from 2nd year onwards (3-year or 5-year programmes)
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Interest in commercial and civil litigation
- Professionalism, punctuality and willingness to attend courts/meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Work directly with the litigation team on real-time commercial disputes and procedural matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise research memos
- Draft basic pleadings, affidavits, notes and other court documents as assigned
- Assist with case preparation, file management and court follow-ups
- Maintain case trackers and support supervising advocates with day-to-day tasks
