Eligibility & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course from a recognized university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract management processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior internship or coursework related to contracts or legal studies is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and organize legal pleadings, case files, and trackers
- Conduct legal research on statutes, judgments, and other relevant legal issues
- Support compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to applicable laws
- Liaise with external counsel and manage information flow
- Identify legal risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Provide legal assistance to internal teams and prepare management reports
