• Legal Intern — Real Estate Team

Duration:

• 3 – 6 months

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
• Must be based in Tirunelveli
• Proficiency in Tamil (reading and writing)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct real estate due diligence and assist in verifying land and property records
• Draft and review land documentation and transactional paperwork
• Research Tamil Nadu revenue and registration laws
• Work directly with senior associates and partners on client assignments
• Assist with on-ground verification and documentation processes
• Gain exposure to practical aspects of property transactions and compliance
