About the Internship:
Saarathi Finance is looking for a hands-on Legal Intern to support property & documentation matters at its Lucknow office. This is a practical role ideal for candidates who want exposure to drafting, title work and documentation in the finance sector.

Eligibility:

  • Law graduate (3-year or 5-year LL.B.)
  • Knowledge of title search and property law
  • Ability to draft sale deeds, registered mortgage drafts and gift deeds
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Eagerness to learn and commit to quality work

Key Responsibilities / Role:

  • Conduct title searches and assist in due diligence for property transactions
  • Draft and review sale deeds, mortgage documents, gift deeds and related instruments
  • Assist with documentation for loan disbursements and security creation
  • Maintain and organise contract/transaction records and master trackers
  • Support the legal/operations team on ad-hoc documentation and compliance tasks

Tenure / Duration:

  • 3 Months

Mode:

  • In-office (Lucknow)

Stipend:

  • ₹5,000 per month
