Internship Type & Commitment:

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Law students from:
– Third year of BA.LLB (5-year) or
– Second year of LL.B. (3-year) and above - Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Preferably based in or near Navi Mumbai (for easier court/office attendance)
- Strong research and drafting skills; interest in compliance and litigation
- Professionalism, punctuality and ability to commit for at least six months
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal research and drafting (policies, contracts, compliance reports)
- Assist with litigation support — drafting legal notices, petitions, compliance checklists; attend hearings and follow up on cases where required
- Support third-party legal compliance audits and help develop compliance frameworks
- Prepare documentation, trackers and client-ready notes under supervision
- Learn under mentorship from senior professionals in taxation, corporate governance and regulatory affairs
Stipend / Benefits:
- Unpaid for first 3 months (learning phase)
- Post 3 months: stipend + travel allowance based on performance (details to be shared during selection/onboarding)
- Mentorship and hands-on exposure to litigation and compliance work
