About the Internship:
Samdarria & Associates is inviting applications for its upcoming internship cohort. This programme is designed for students who want to move beyond clerical tasks and understand how law works on the ground, through active involvement in litigation and corporate matters.

Eligibility:
- Students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude towards practical learning
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Case Management: Learn the lifecycle of litigation and corporate matters from filing to resolution
- Drafting: Prepare legal notices, petitions and applications
- Legal Research: Use legal databases to assist in trial preparation and complex legal issues
- Operational Oversight: Track court dates, compliance requirements and client deliverables
- Actively contribute as a junior associate-in-training
