About the Internship:
Securitas India is seeking a dedicated Legal Intern to support the in-house Legal Team. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a large corporate environment.

Eligibility:
- 3rd–5th year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme or 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme preferred
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Interest in corporate/commercial law, compliance and contracts
Key Responsibilities / Role:
- Draft, review and vet commercial contracts and standard agreements
- Support corporate and regulatory compliance tasks
- Assist with legal and compliance documentation for business teams
- Exposure to real-time business legal operations and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain contract trackers and support the legal team on ad-hoc tasks
Duration:
- Initial short-term engagement (extendable based on performance & mutual interest)
Mode:
- On-site (unless otherwise specified by the employer)
Working Days:
- Monday to Friday
Stipend:
- ₹5,000 per month
