Eligibility:
- 3rd–5th year students of BA LL.B./BBA LL.B.
- Recent law graduates
- Company Secretary (CS) Executive or Professional level students with an interest in Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Cross-Border Legal Advisory
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior internship experience in Corporate Law, Contracts, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Compliance, or International Legal Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters
- Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, and other legal documents
- Perform trademark clearance searches and assist with trademark filings, assignment deeds, and IP documentation
- Support international regulatory compliance activities, including U.S. FDA and MoCRA registrations
- Review product labels, packaging, and marketing claims for legal compliance across jurisdictions
- Prepare legal summaries, opinions, compliance reports, and other legal documentation
- Maintain legal trackers, databases, and document repositories
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing legal and cross-border compliance projects
