Eligibility:

  • 3rd–5th year (5-year law course) OR 2nd–3rd year (3-year LL.B.)
  • Interest or experience in SaaS / tech law
  • Strong understanding of AI, IP, corporate and technology laws
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior corporate/transactional exposure (preferred, not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports
  • Drafting, reviewing, and redlining NDAs and agreements
  • Supporting compliance and internal legal processes
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Assisting the legal team on ongoing matters
