Eligibility:

  • Law students committed to the full duration of the internship
  • Prior internship experience or interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions preferred
  • Strong research orientation; prior publications or legal writing experience will be viewed favourably

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in legal research and drafting assignments
  • Supporting corporate advisory mandates and ongoing transactions
  • Assisting in matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF Formation & Structuring, and Legal Due Diligence
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements including Shareholders’ Agreements and Share Subscription Agreements
  • Assisting in Intellectual Property filings and allied corporate law matters

Duration:

  • 3 Months (Mandatory)

Mode:

  • Hybrid preferred; remote may be considered

Stipend:

  • Paid

Commencement:

  • 18th February 2025
