Eligibility:

  • Law students seeking practical exposure to legal research, drafting, transactions, advisory and disputes.
  • Strong research ability and attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Curiosity, discipline and a critical approach to legal questions.
  • Prior internship experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Undertake regulatory and compliance research.
  • Prepare legal notes, briefs and case summaries.
  • Gain exposure to commercial litigation, arbitration, transactions and advisory work.
  • Support the team on ongoing legal assignments.
