- Interest in Corporate Law
- Strong contract drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Maintain and organise legal records and documentation
- Support compliance tracking and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal and compliance requirements
- Assist the in-house legal team with day-to-day legal matters
