Internship Title:
Legal Internship (December 2025 – February 2026)

Internship Type:

  • On-site
  • Fixed 3-month period

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh Law Graduates who have not yet cleared the AIBE, or
  • Final-year law students
  • Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work on challenging and high-profile matters
  • PPOs may be offered based on performance

Role:
Support senior advocates and the corporate advisory team across diverse litigation and corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memos and case summaries
  • Assist in drafting pleadings, submissions and transaction-related documents
  • Support matters involving IBC, M&A, Competition Law, White Collar Crimes, IPR, Real Estate and Arbitration
  • Assist in due diligence, case management and court/tribunal coordination

Duration:

  • 3 months (December 2025 – February 2026)

Stipend/Benefits:

  • INR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
  • Opportunity to work on complex and high-value matters
  • PPO consideration based on performance
