Position:

• Legal Intern – Litigation

Eligibility:

• Open to law students interested in practical litigation experience
• Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and court practice
• Good research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or Tribunals will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting
• Assist in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums
• Prepare briefs, case notes, compilations, and other legal documents
• Assist during client conferences and court proceedings
• Support the team in ongoing litigation matters
