Position:

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing a Law degree in Bangalore
  • Strong analytical, organisational, research, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain legal repositories, IP filings, contract archives, and policy databases
  • Track contracts, execution status, policy updates, and ongoing cases
  • Assist with legal templates, SOPs, standardised drafts, and CLM implementation
  • Conduct legal, regulatory, IP, and policy research
  • Support legal project planning and task tracking
  • Monitor milestones and follow up on pending action items
