Position / Vacancies:

  • Legal, Public Policy & Government Affairs Intern

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, governance, and research methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work
  • Familiarity with IP laws, Tech Laws, and Advertising Guidelines is a plus
  • Experience in contract drafting and management preferred (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze legal and regulatory frameworks for digital outdoor advertising in India
  • Draft and assist with contracts — MSAs, Lease Agreements, NDAs, Partnership Agreements, etc.
  • Support policy research and develop white papers and strategic proposals for government stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with advertising laws and standards across states
  • Draft and review legal documents, reports, and policy briefs
  • Track developments in public policy and government affairs impacting the sector
  • Collaborate with teams to provide legal and policy inputs and manage regulatory risks
