Position / Vacancies:
- Legal Research & Writing Intern — Remote (Immediate intake)
- Duration: November 2025 – April 2026
- Mode: Part-time / Flexible (as mutually agreed)
Practice Area:
General Corporate & Regulatory: legal research, drafting, and content development with exposure to multiple industry sectors
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students in 3rd, 4th or 5th year (integrated or 3-year course)
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setting
Key Responsibilities (indicative):
- Conduct doctrinal and transactional legal research across assigned topics and sectors
- Draft legal memoranda, articles, client-facing notes and content for internal use
- Assist in preparing summaries, compliance checklists and due diligence reports
- Support lawyers with background research for advisory matters and transactions
- Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions as required
