Eligibility & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist advocates in handling litigation matters before NCLT, High Court, Arbitration panels, City Civil Court, and tribunals
- Support courtroom work and gain hands-on experience in proceedings
- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting of pleadings, applications and case documents
- Attend court where required and assist with case file organization and trackers
- Receive mentorship from senior advocates and contribute to case preparation
