A Litigation-focused Law Office located in Fort, Mumbai. The office handles matters before the High Court, DRT, City Civil Court, and Mazgaon Court, offering interns hands-on exposure to practical litigation work, court procedures, filings, drafting, and daily case preparation.

Position / Vacancies:
- Litigation Intern
- 4–5 positions available
- Minimum commitment of 3 months (extensions based on performance)
- Candidates seeking only a 1-month internship are requested not to apply.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Motivated, serious, hardworking, honest, and high-integrity individuals
- Strong interest in litigation and courtroom practice
- No preference or judgment based on grades, past experience, or moot CVs
- Students from outside Mumbai may apply, but must arrange their own travel and lodging
- Applicants from far-off areas must ensure they can attend office daily from 10 AM – 7 PM (some relaxation possible)
- Only candidates committed to full-time in-person work should apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with case filings and preparation
- Draft petitions, applications, and supporting legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes
- Attend court hearings daily at the High Court, DRT, City Civil Court, and Mazgaon Court
- Support office associates in ongoing litigation matters
- Work from the assigned desk and office system (personal laptops can be accommodated)
Duration:
- Minimum 3 months, with possibility of extension based on performance
Stipend:
- Monthly stipend will be provided
