Position:

  • Litigation Intern

  • Cohorts: September 2026 & October 2026

Eligibility:

  • 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law programme
  • Equivalent stage in a 3-year LL.B. programme
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interest in litigation practice
  • Sound understanding of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and CPC, 1908
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 familiarity is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research using SCC Online and Manupatra
  • Develop practical understanding of procedural law
  • Undertake drafting assignments based on experience level
  • Assist with litigation-related work and assigned matters
