Eligibility:

• Law students (any year)
• Interest in law + business aspects of legal practice
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven individuals
• Comfortable with both legal and BD-related tasks
• Reliable and responsive (especially on communication platforms like WhatsApp)
• Attitude and willingness to learn prioritized over experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research (Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal & International Law)
• Assisting in drafting notes, briefs, and basic agreements
• Case law research and preparing summaries
• Supporting business development (prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking)
• Providing general legal assistance as required

Practice Area / Forum Exposure:

• Supreme Court of India (Primary forum of practice)

Duration:

• March End – April End (1 Month)

Stipend:

• ₹5,000
