Eligibility & Requirements:

  • 3rd year and above students of LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B
  • Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and Intellectual Property Rights
  • Comfortable with contractual work and legal content creation for digital platforms
  • Good written communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote set-up

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured legal research and prepare concise memos
  • Draft contracts, notices, IP filings/materials, and other legal documents as assigned
  • Assist with IPR matters and related procedural tasks
  • Create legal/informational posts for social media and firm channels (as assigned)
  • Maintain timely, well-formatted deliverables and coordinate with supervisors remotely
