The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) is a research centre at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, established to promote academic research and policy development in corporate and insolvency law. The Centre engages with regulators, academia, and industry experts to foster advanced scholarship and informed discussion on evolving issues in the corporate and insolvency sector.

Position / Vacancies:
- Research Intern — Winter Research Internship Programme 2025
- Limited to 6 candidates per batch (selection based on merit and research quality)
Internship Type:
- On-site Research Internship
Duration:
- Batch I: 15 November – 14 December 2025 (4 weeks)
- Batch II: 20 December 2025 – 19 January 2026 (4 weeks)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate law students, or early-stage researchers with interest in corporate and insolvency laws
- Strong academic record and demonstrated research aptitude
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on topics related to corporate and insolvency law
- Prepare research notes, reports, and articles for CARCIL publications
- Assist faculty and researchers with ongoing projects and policy papers
- Contribute to seminars, workshops, and discussions organised by the Centre
Stipend / Benefits:
- No monetary stipend
- On successful completion, interns will receive:
– A Certificate of Completion from CARCIL
– Due credit for research contributions in CARCIL publications/reports
– Preferential access and discounted participation in future CARCIL programmes
