Eligibility:
- Law students (preferably 4th or 5th year of integrated course, or 3rd year of LL.B.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and online legal research platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in tax law and litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling Direct Tax litigation matters
- Work on cases before the Assessing Officer (AO), CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court
- Conduct legal research and draft submissions, notes, and case briefs
- Support senior attorneys in preparation of pleadings and filings
- Engage in day-to-day tasks related to ongoing tax disputes and strategy
