Eligibility:

  • Advocate with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
  • Practical experience handling civil litigation matters
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills
  • Ability to analyse cases and legal issues effectively
  • Good understanding of civil litigation procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Handle civil litigation matters and support ongoing cases
  • Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws and case law
  • Analyse facts, legal issues, and case strategy
  • Assist with preparation and management of litigation matters
  • Support the legal team in developing effective case strategies
  • Undertake other litigation-related responsibilities as required
