Position:

  • Advocate (Litigation)

Experience:

  • 0–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0–3 years PQE
  • Experience in litigation (preferably before NCLT and High Courts)
  • Experience in drafting pleadings
  • Experience filing matters before NCLT and High Courts
  • Ability to brief counsels and assist in case preparation
  • Capability to appear in matters independently
  • Candidates with a mix of corporate and litigation experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings and legal documents
  • File and manage matters before NCLT and High Courts
  • Brief senior counsels and assist in litigation strategy
  • Appear in matters independently where required
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation work of the firm
