Advocates with Minimum 3 Years Litigation Experience: - At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Regular appearances before courts/tribunals in Delhi
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new legal fields
- Excellent drafting skills and strong language proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation matters before courts and tribunals
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
- Court appearances and case management
- Client coordination and assistance in dispute resolution matters
