Position:
Advocate | 0–2 Years PQE

Eligibility:

  • Candidates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience may apply.
  • Candidates should have an interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Exposure to proceedings before higher judicial and quasi-judicial forums will be relevant.

Primary Forums of Practice:

  • Supreme Court of India
  • High Courts
  • National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)

Role:
The Advocate will have the opportunity to work on legal matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, gaining practical exposure to litigation and proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts and NCLAT.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation and handling of litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
  • Assist in drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents.
  • Support matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts and NCLAT.
  • Contribute to case preparation and other litigation-related assignments.
