Position:

  • Analyst – Privacy Operations

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years (Privacy operations or data protection roles)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Law (LL.B.)
  • Working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Privacy certifications such as CIPP/E (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of privacy operations and governance activities
  • Develop understanding of global privacy laws and frameworks
  • Conduct privacy assessments (DPIAs) and maintain RoPA documentation
  • Document privacy risks and track remediation actions
  • Support third-party/vendor privacy risk assessments
  • Assist in handling internal privacy queries, audits, and regulatory requests
