Experience:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Legal Recovery
  • Relevant experience with an NBFC or bank preferred

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 7–8 years of relevant legal recovery experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • SARFAESI
  • DRT
  • Section 138 NI Act
  • Arbitration
  • Recovery Litigation
  • Experience handling secured lending matters preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NPA accounts and drive legal recovery
  • Handle secured property enforcement, possession, and auction proceedings
  • Coordinate with advocates and collection teams
  • Liaise with courts, DRTs, and external agencies
  • Manage legal recovery proceedings for Business Loan and LAP portfolios
  • Support recovery strategy and resolution of delinquent accounts
