  • Relevant experience in Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sector preferred
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and mortgage processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal scrutiny of property documents (Retail & LAP cases)
  • Handling SARFAESI and recovery-related legal matters
  • Coordinating with panel advocates and monitoring cases
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal frameworks
  • Conducting risk assessment and implementing mitigation strategies
