Experience:
- Prior training or work experience with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice preferred
Eligibility:
- 5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record
- Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice
- Good understanding of:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA)
- SEBI Laws
- RBI Regulations
- Indian Contract Act
- Industrial & Labour Laws
- Candidates with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification and relevant training/work experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in General Corporate and M&A transactions
- Conduct legal research and drafting
- Support corporate advisory and due diligence assignments
- Assist with regulatory compliance and transaction documentation
- Work with the Corporate & M&A team on client matters
