Eligibility:

  • LL.B. (5-year integrated course or 3-year course) from a reputed university
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in asset recovery, collections, or similar roles preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving collection targets based on assigned product asset flags
  • Handling and coordinating all recovery-related cases filed by the bank
  • Liaising with advocates and providing necessary inputs for recovery matters
  • Conducting daily customer visits to negotiate settlements and recover dues
  • Sending settlement proposals to SLC for review and further action
  • Sharing daily market updates with SLCs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and recovery efforts
  • Tracking and updating relevant judgments and citations
  • Handling Ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints within TAT
  • Following up litigation matters in courts and consumer forums
  • Coordinating advocate payments and case allocations
