  • 4+ years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of India’s data protection and privacy framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE or related certifications preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Develop data protection policies and procedures in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Conduct data privacy and protection risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
  • Guide clients on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments and data governance
  • Support application and privacy impact assessments
  • Design and develop security and privacy frameworks
  • Design or redesign processes and privacy controls to support privacy framework development
  • Provide data protection and privacy compliance guidance based on client requirements
