Position:

  • Assistant Manager – Data Privacy
  • 4+ years of experience in data protection/privacy compliance

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of India’s data protection framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CIPT, CIPM, CIPPE, or related certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Develop data protection policies and procedures for clients
  • Assess privacy risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor data processing activities for compliance
  • Support clients with DPIAs, risk assessments, and data governance
  • Design security and privacy frameworks and controls
  • Develop or redesign processes to support privacy compliance
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
