Position:

  • Associate Advocate

Experience:

  • 1–3 years (exceptional freshers may be considered)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • Bar Council membership with valid license
  • Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with legal software (preferred)

Preferred:

  • Prior litigation experience
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, agreements, and legal documents
  • Appear in court, mediations, and negotiations
  • Assist senior advocates in case preparation
  • Liaise with clients and provide legal guidance
  • Stay updated on legal developments and precedents
