S. S. Rana & Co. — A leading Indian IP and Corporate Law firm headquartered in New Delhi with branch offices across India. One of the few IP firms registered as an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court, representing clients from district courts through the country’s apex court.
Location: South Delhi, New Delhi (On-site)
Position / Vacancies:
- Associate Advocate – Legal Research & Content Development
- Experience: 1–3 years PQE
- Joining: Immediate / as mutually agreed
Practice Area:
Intellectual Property, Litigation & Corporate Law — primary focus on legal research and analytical content development
Eligibility:
- LLB (3-year or 5-year) or LLM
- 1–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong legal research, analytical writing and drafting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior counsel on complex matters
Key Responsibilities (indicative):
- Conduct in-depth legal research across IP, corporate and litigation matters
- Draft analytical write-ups, research notes, briefs and client memos
- Assist senior lawyers with case preparation, pleadings and submissions
- Prepare presentation materials and support knowledge-management initiatives
- Contribute to content development for client updates, articles and internal resources
