- Associate Advocate – Lower Courts
- Associate Advocate – Calcutta High Court

Experience:
- Lower Courts: 4+ years, including minimum 3 years of independent court practice
- Calcutta High Court: 4+ years with substantial High Court litigation experience
Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
- Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases
- Experience handling matters from filing to final disposal
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
- Strong communication and commitment to deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Appear before courts and handle litigation matters
- Draft petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Move matters and advance proceedings
- Prepare cases and coordinate with clients
- Conduct hearings and arguments
- Brief senior counsel where required
