- Preferred: Prior experience in commercial, civil, or banking law matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle matters before tribunals and courts relating to insolvency, arbitration, and regulatory disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and written submissions
- Assist in case preparation, client communication, and hearing coordination
- Collaborate with the senior legal team in strategizing and managing ongoing matters
- Stay updated with recent legal developments in relevant practice areas
