Position:

• Associate Advocate – Trademark

Experience:

• 1–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) or LL.M.
• Experience in trademark searches and legal opinions
• Knowledge of filing and prosecution of trademark applications
• Ability to manage and maintain client trademark portfolios
• Experience in oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, and affidavits
• Ability to draft legal opinions and respond to client queries on IP practices in India
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trademark searches and provide legal opinions
• Handle filing and prosecution of trademark applications
• Prepare and manage client trademark portfolios
• Draft Notices of Opposition, Counter Statements, Replies, and Rejoinders
• Handle oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, and affidavits
• Attend show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry
• Manage IP filings, prosecution, and renewals
