Position / Vacancies:

  • Associate — Arbitration & Insolvency / Bankruptcy (1–2 years PQE)

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution
  • 1–2 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of dispute resolution and commercial laws
  • Exposure to or keen interest in Arbitration and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and IBC filings
  • Assist in arbitration and insolvency proceedings before tribunals and courts
  • Support partners and senior associates in case preparation and client interactions
  • Draft and review legal documents and submissions
  • Manage case documentation and assist in hearings and arbitral proceedings
