Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Sound understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms and commercial laws
  • Prior exposure to or strong interest in Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in arbitration proceedings and insolvency matters
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
  • Conducting legal research and case analysis
  • Supporting senior team members in dispute resolution and IBC-related work
