Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Litigation, or a Law Firm environment (Preferred)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India (preferred)
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, notices, and agreements
• Knowledge of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents
• Interest in IP prosecution and enforcement
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• High integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters
• Draft, file, and manage trademark, copyright, design, and patent applications
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and advisory notes
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents
• Support litigation before courts and tribunals
• Coordinate with senior lawyers and clients
• Attend hearings as required
• Assist with IP enforcement strategies and arbitration matters
• Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely communication with clients
