Position / Vacancies:
- Associate — Banking & Finance (Fresher to 1 year PQE)
Job Type:
- Full-time (Entry level / Junior associate)
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a reputed university (LL.M. is a plus)
- Strong interest in banking, finance and corporate law
- Good legal drafting, research and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities (typical):
- Assist on banking & finance transactions, documentation and due diligence
- Draft and review loan agreements, security documents and related commercial contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memos
- Support senior lawyers on regulatory, corporate and transaction matters
- Liaise with clients, external counsels and other stakeholders as required
