Experience:

  • 1–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance (Non-Litigation)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in Banking & Finance transactions
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, mortgage laws, security creation, and project financing
  • Exposure to infrastructure and structured finance transactions preferred
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to independently handle multiple transactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and vet loan and security documents for banking and finance transactions, including infrastructure financing, HAM projects, LRD transactions, term loans, and working capital facilities
  • Prepare and review mortgage and security creation documents, including perfection and registration of charges
  • Conduct title due diligence and review property and project-related documents
  • Advise clients on financing structures, conditions precedent, disbursement requirements, and post-disbursement compliances
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, borrowers, and other stakeholders for transaction execution and closure
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and transaction timelines
  • Maintain transaction records and assist with amendments, renewals, and restructuring of credit facilities
