Key Responsibilities:

• Handle matters relating to commercial litigation, civil litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes
• Assist in proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora
• Independently manage assigned matters and case-related responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and other legal documents
• Assist in advocacy and court-related work
