Eligibility & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong drafting skills with a flair for precise and persuasive writing
- Interest in civil and commercial litigation
- Enthusiasm for courtroom practice and hands-on litigation work
- Ability to work independently and think strategically
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in civil and commercial litigation matters in Delhi courts
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions and research notes
- Attend court hearings and assist in courtroom strategy
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case briefs
- Collaborate closely with counsel on case preparation and filings
